Q: What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

A: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel/reschedule an appointment or a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

    Non-cancellations or “NO-SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the original service booked to be paid before a new           

    appointment will be booked.

Q: Do you require appointments or deposits?

A: Appointments are suggested but not required.  A 50% non refundable deposit is required for Yumi Lashes keratin lash

     lift and tint and all makeup services

Q: What is your late policy?

A: I work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service.  Accommodating late guests is often impossible  without disrupting every other guest scheduled that day.  Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are 10 minuets or more  late, I cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day and a 50% rescheduling fee will apply. 

Q: How does a Yumi Lashes keratin lash lift and tint take?

A: A lash lift takes about an hour and 15 min.

Q: How long will my lash lift and tint last?

A: Yumi Lashes is the only lash lift that lasts the life of the lash, 8-12 weeks. Your tint will last about 4 weeks and can be refreshed between lift treatments.

Q: How do I take care of my lashes after my lash lift and tint?

A: Aftercare is key to beautiful lashes. Yumi Lashes Keratin mascara is recommended to strengthen and condition your lashes in between lash lift and tint treatments.

Q: What is Keratin Mascara?

A: The Keratin Mascara strengthens and conditions your lashes in between lash lift & tint treatment. The Keratin in this keratin mascara gives a clear glitzy gloss to your lashes. The main component is keratin which coats each eyelash, penetrates into, recovers lash structure and solves different problems.  Keratin nourishes lash structure, ensures healthy lash growth, it will recover also the lash structure (glues cuticles) nourish your lashes, keep your lashes less dry and fragile. Use it also as a primer before your black mascara. It will keep the lift and tint you just got in better condition, and it definitely will give you a better results for the lash lifting treatment. It also will protect your lashes from the effect of the sun, wind, water.

Q. Who is the microcurrent facial suitable for?

A. Most people can benefit from microcurrent. It is not suitable for clients with  blood vessel issues, such as phlebitis or thrombosis, or epilepsy should not receive microcurrent therapy. Additionally, clients with a pacemaker, pregnancy and cancer need to avoid electrical stimulation.

Q. What are the benefits of microcurrent?

A. Oxygenation, wrinkle reduction and elimination, increase in ATP, neck tightening, improved skin texture, improved facial and neck muscle tone, lifted jowls and eyebrows, improved facial circulation and lymphatic drainage, diminished sun damage and pigmentation, repairing acne, and much more! Microcurrent works most effectively on well-hydrated skin. Twenty minutes of microcurrent releases as many toxins as four hours of deep tissue massage. Anyone undergoing Microcurrent therapy should drink a minimum of 16 ounces of water 2 hours before treatment for best results.

Q. Am I a good candidate for microneedling.

A. Microneedling is beneficial for most skin types, but an in person consultation is needed to determine if it is the right treatment for you. A Level 1 facial is required before scheduling a microneedling appointment.

Q. Is microneedling painful?

A. Every person has a different pain tolerance. A topical numbing product is used before the start of the procedure and most find the pain leve lto be under a 5 on a scale of 1-10.

Q. How much downtime will I have with microneedling?

A. In most cases, there is a slight reddening of the skin, similar to a sunburn, that goes away within 24 hours.
